Platform subscriptions (digital performance)

Subscription plans are not physical products; there is no shipping or physical delivery. The service is assigned to the BUYER's account upon payment approval and performed immediately. Access and invoice details are sent to the BUYER's registered e-mail address.

Sections 1-5 below relate to physical orders shipped by the producer/designer.

1. Production and preparation

Products are made to order. The estimated production time is stated on the product page, in the quote or in the order confirmation. Production time may vary depending on the type of product, the material and the seller's workload.

2. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped by carrier to the delivery address stated in the order confirmation. We recommend checking the package at delivery and, if there is any damage, having the carrier officer record it.

3. Delivery time and delays

Delivery time is the sum of production time and shipping time and is stated as an estimate in the order confirmation. The platform cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, official holidays or the carrier.

4. Undeliverable orders

For orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you can contact the seller via the seller contact details in the order confirmation to rearrange delivery or start the return process.
